Of what percentage of a property sold is a estate lawyer entitled to.

Legal fees are not set by law and thus this will be by agreement between the lawyer and client. That being said, in an estate, the attorney must either petition the court to approve the attorney's fees or get consents from the interested persons and any outstanding creditor before getting paid. The relevant law is contained at section 7-602 of the Estates & Trust article.

Note that the commissions due to the personal representative (who may also be an attorney) are set by law and based on how much property the PR manages --- the commission structure is set in statute as 9% of the first $20,000 and 3.6% of the rest.
