Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

Is my Power/Atty w/Medical prepared while a resident of Delaware still valid in State of Maryland now.

If you lived in Delaware at the time you had the POA w/Medical prepared and you now live in Maryland, you should hire a Maryland lawyer to prepare a new POA w/Medical to be safe. Otherwise, you should have a Maryland lawyer review the Delaware POA to see if it is enforceable in Maryland. Why take a chance?
