Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

How do you remove someone from a Deed in Maryland. Loan is in my name only, but ex-wife is still on Deed.

When you got divorced, did you and your ex-wife enter into any kind of property settlement agreement? Or did the court rule on who gets the house? All issues of property should have been resolved as part of the divorce. Did you have a lawyer help you with the divorce? If not, you should consider talking to one now -- and bringing them all the paperwork from the divorce.
