My grandfather had a 401k. He died. My mother changed the beneficiaries after he died in order to get all his money. She has taken over $70k, which should have gone to me and my siblings. Do I have a case?

I believe you do. You may want to call the economic crimes unit of the States Attorney's office to inquire if they will investigate. Their number is in the web and in the tele book. You may also have a civil case
