How many signatures are required for a valid will?
If the will contains the signature of the decedent, one witness who is the executrix of the estate, and the notary is it valid in the state of Maryland, city of Baltimore?

In Maryland, the testator/ix and two witnesses
must sign in the present of each other, i.e. all
3 must be in the same room when they sign.
