Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland
My sister obtained power of attorney over my mom without the other siblings in the family. Her secretary notorized this. Isn't this a confict of interest?

Her obtaining the PoA itself is not a conflict of interest. If she uses it PoA to self deal or act against the interest or will of your mother then a conflict may exist.
