Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

My sisters and I have just inherited a home in Maryland this week. The acting power of attorney had moved her family into the home 18 months ago, how do I go about removing them? We have an appointment on Wednesday with the lawyer in charge of the will, is this the same type of lawyer we need to take care of this problem or do we need another?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Eileen
