Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

Hello my son was in a car accident in 1986 and when he turns 18 he is will recieve 5,000 and 500.00 each month until his 33rd birthday The lawyer I hired cannot find the records they were on microfilm back I was 17 at the time not as responsible with paper work as I am now How can I locate where the trust account is located at he turns 18 in March we are not rich so if I can do leg work it would be helpful

It sounds as though the trust was funded and, if so, the trustee should have a copy. Contact them for a copy. Otherwise an asset search may be needed.
