Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

My wife's grandmother past away about seven years ago. Her grandmother had only one surviving daughter. Her grandmother had five grandchildren. My wife's aunt told the family that there was no will. Now my wife has found out there was a will, and according to a person that was close to her aunt, who read the will. The grandchildren were to get about 30k, and the in which her grandmother lived in, was to be paid off by insurance. Then be sold, and that money was to be divided amongst the grandchildren. Of course my wife needs to read the will for herself. If the will is written as such, what can she do at this time, or is it too late? The house her grandmother lived in is now owned by the aunt. The house may have value of 250k to300k. The aunt also has another house with same or greater value
