Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland

Is a will public record before death

Is a will viewable before the person dies? Is it only public record after their death? Mainly need this informatin for Virginia, Pennsylvania, and Maryland...if the answer depends on locality of where the will was written. I believe it was written in a different state than the one she currently lives in.

Re: Is a will public record before death
