In the state of Maryland, can a child born out of wedlock challenge the paternal parent's will when the will makes provisions for his children but does not name the out of wedlock child? All children are over 21 yrs old.

I have noy seen the Will, so a general response is presented. If you have been acknowledged as the natural child of the decedent or can prove parenthhod, you can contest the Will. I caution you that a Will contest can be time consuing and expensive, so be prepared.
