They can challenge the will, suggesting that it doesn't reflect the testator's real intent. One example of this would be a lack of capacity to make a will due to dementia, evidenced by unusual bequests that fall way outside the "natural objects of the testator's bounty". Another example of deviation from the testator's true intent would be where the will was the product of "undue influence" by someone else.

These kinds of things are obviously very fact specific.
