My parents want to

leave their money to

their 4 children. But my

sister is married to a

sexual predator who

received 3 years

probation but no jail

time. Is there a way for

them to protect their

money so this man will

not get part of it when

they divorce?

Leave your sister's share in trust to be dispursed only after their divorce is final.
