Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland
I am on MD workers comp as I broke/dislocated both my arms and have FT home aid. My home aid assistant needs to travel to her family in Canada. My doctor told me that it was ok as long as we take breaks often [9 hours drive]. Can I travel for few days with my home aid without jeopardizing my wc benefits?

Yes, particularly if the doctor approved. Be aware that there have been instances where insurers suspecting that a comp recipient is "goldbricking" have hired surveillance companies to video the recipient engaging in activities inconsistent with his supposed injuries, but that doesn't appear to be the case with you.
