missed doctor�s appointment

I missed a doctor�s appointment due to the fact that my nurse coordinator provided me with the wrong address to the doctor�s office I did show up to the appointment but was 15-20 min late. Later that week I find out that the Insurance Company has stopped my Temp. Total due to me not showing up is there anything that my attorney and I can do to have my money reinstated, they have tried to have an emergency hearing with the commission but that was overturned.

The appointment could easily have been rescheduled, possibly with the payment of a missed appointment fee (although it sounds like you shouldn't have to pay that either) and TTD reinstated unless the IME dr. said you were fit to return to work. At this juncture, you can go to a regularly scheduled hearing and ask for TTD to be reinstated retroactively to the cut off date.
