pain management and med procedures

How many times can an insurance company make me do pain management and submit my body to painful procedures? I've done a program once and had 3 epidurals. Now they say I have to go to pain management again and they will not authorize any visits to my doctor. I need to see my doctor right now because I'm in a lot of pain.
