Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland

Is it true in a workers comp case for mental stress (work related) that the only ones who can get workers comp are police, firefighters and medical personnel.

Whether you win or loose does a legal aid lawyer automatically get paid on a case which was based on contingent.
