If my wife received a workmans comp settlement can i sue for loss of domestic and marital services?

You probably cannot sue your wife's employer, since in Maryland a claim for loss of consortium must be brought by BOTH spouses at the same time and your wife has already waived her right to sue her employer by taking WC. With that said, you may still have a right of action against any 3rd parties that may have been at fault. I STRONGLY recommend that you consult a Maryland WC attorney (or Plaintiff's attorney) to discuss the specifics of your case and your options.
