Workers Comp. Claim
I injured my back at work L5 S1 on 6-21-05. I just had my second surgery same disc herniated on 8-15-07 can I file a claim now? Never did?? What chances do I have of getting it approved?

If you never filed a claim with the workers' comp commission following the 6/05 injury, you are too late. You had to do so within 2 years.

there is a 2 year statute of limitations. however, if no first report of injury was filed by your employer you still have a chance. if you would like us to help, please, give us a call
