Carpal Tunnel workers compensation claims can be difficult to prove and have rigid time requirements for filing a claim with the Commission. You should definitly have an attorney help you with your claim. Most lawyers are not experienced in this area of the law and you definitly need an experienced lawyer. Feel free to give me a call and if we are not convenient to where you live or work I can reccomend someone closer to you.
