my father passed away i was made executrix of estate my estranged sister has a piece of paper stating my fathers' will is null and void i have no idea what to do

You need to contact an attormey ASAP. The Will should be probated and your sister will have to challenge the Will.

Attorney Roth is absolutely correct. You need to see a lawyer and bring the paper from your sister as well as your father's will. This needs to be addressed at once.
