how long does the stay of execution process usaually take if it is granted from the appalete court?

Your question is not clear but if the appellate court has already granted a stay of execution pending appeal it remains in effect through the appellate process and if the appeals court has not ruled on the motion to stay the execution of the sentence it usually takes about a week for it to decide.
