Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
Home surveillance cameras
I recently purchased a home surveillance security camera. It is monitoring my property and the street in front of my property. Is a legal problem with this?

Re: Home surveillance cameras
It is only a legal problem if it also records audio. If it does, then you must turn the audio all the way down so that people's voices/conversations are not taped.
