Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
record sealing
I was convicted os Larceny of a controlled substance in Barnstable, MA in December 2000. I completed my sentence of probation in 2001. I now live in TN and work as a Registered Nurse and find it hard to get a decent job with this criminal record. Is there any way possible to get my record sealed earlier than the 15 year waiting period? I have no prior or post criminal record other than the one in 2000.
