i need to find a lawyer i can pay to do the paper work it is more than small claims.

Any lawyer you hire is going to be looking for at least $200 to write a demand letter. If you want to pursue a lawsuit, it will cost you at least $500. to prepare a complaint, court filing fees of about $200., not to mention fees for any court appearance.
