She should file a Complaint for Contempt against her ex-husband. However, make sure that he is in violation of a clear and unequivocal court order, and not just toying with you and your wife by abiding with the bare minimum of the order. If the court's Judgment is vague or doesn't fully encompass the intent of the parties, she may want to consider filing a Complaint for Modification or a Motion for Clarification.

Your wife should file a Complaint for Contempt in the Probate and Family Court against her ex-husband. I agree with the previous attorney's comment that a Complaint for Modification - especially if the two are in agreement - may be an easier way to rectify a confusing or unworkable order. Retain an attorney to file a complaint for contempt. Good Luck!
