Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Massachusetts
There is a will that is doubtful. Brothers are looking to complete a fair distribution of assets, with one brother making a grab for the money. What are my options?

Your options depend on your relation to the matter and the time that has passed since the will has been presented to the court. Are you one of the brothers who are looking for a fair distribution (which I assume is not what the will directs)? When was the will presented and by whom? I recommend you speak with a probate attorney who can help you work through the situation and discuss what options you have. I am happy to assist if you wish.

Subject to the time that has passed and assuming you are one of the brothers, you need to file an objection to the Will. I would contact an attorney as soon as possible to review everything that has happened and to determine your options at this time.
