Will liens on a house(from a credit card law rep.) occupied by a person on SSI Disability and a retired person be removed after a Chapter 7 judgement for forgiveness?

You must consult privately with a local Bankruptcy attorney to make sure that they will be removed. It is possible to do, but not if your Bankruptcy attorney does not know about it and take the appropriate measures.

Lien avoidance requires a separate procedure within a bankruptcy proceeding, and judgment liens can only be avoided if they impair an exemption.
