Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts

I am employed by the City of Lowell School Department. I have recently been displaced and been put into a job where I cannot proform due to my disability. I have made them aware in person, by email and with doctors notes. I have not recieved and responce from anyone about about my concern. What should I do?
