Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts

I have an execution on my house from capital one. I want to refinance to pay the debt but I can not refinance with the execution placed on my house. Is there anything I can do to remove the execution to refinance and pay them off. I live in Milton Ma

You will need to satisfy the judgment before you will be permitted to refinance. Perhaps something could be worked out with the creditor. If you would like some assistance, please feel free to let me know.
