Legal Question in Disability Law in Massachusetts

Requesting a Handicapped Spot in Apartment building.

I've lived in Mass for several years at an apartment building. Recently I just went to the management and requested a Handicapped Spot. THe parking here is NOT assigned and I just wanted a guarenteed spot closest to my apartment since for the last few years I've always had to park in the FIFTH one down. I can walk and would not ''look'' handicapped to the normal eye but I guarentee my Handicapped Sticker is mine and I deserve to have it. The management says most the spots here are not ''legal'' (whatever that means) and she's still ''Contemplating'' whether or not to give it to me.

Last year the management denied my 5 year old daughter a dog. She's hearing impaired and I even had the pediatrician sign papers saying it would be ''benificial to her'' but because the pediatrician did not say ''neccessary'' they wouldn't allow it.

I just have a feeling the management is going to deny this too....any ideas or laws that would help me???

thanks
