I was told by my grandmother, before she passed away that my father had a trust fund for me and when would i come see about it?

What is your question? You should ask your father whether it is true that he had a trust fund set up for you. Perhaps your grandmother was trying to tell you that she had left you some money and given it to your father as trustee.
