I joined a golf club with a 3 year promo.. after joining I was charged lots of hidden fees and lied to about being able to walk for free. my husband is ill and we are moving.. they have declined my resignation. what can I do?

Get all of the paperwork you signed, as well as all of their promotional materials, and show all of that to a lawyer. Without seeing what you signed and what they have published, it is impossible to answer your question.
