Legal Question in Administrative Law in Massachusetts
lost job for not a good reason
I just had a question, my brother-in-law lost his job after only a month, but not over perfomance, just beacuse his new boss didn't like him and wanted his woman friend to have his medical sales job, is there anything he can do legally?

Connecticut is an at will employment state. Unless there was some form of discrimination evidenced or if there was any type of employment agreement, you will not be able to do anything. Feel free to consult with us for further clarification
