Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Massachusetts

what do I do if?..........

A company I no longer work for is accusing me od stealing a sum of money equal to $433.00. This took place one week before my tentative last day on the job. After one hour of questioning and trying to claim my innocense they made it clear that unless I agreed to the charges the only way I was leaving the office was in handcuffs, reluctantly I agreed to stealing even though I did not do it. Now, they want me to pay back the full amount and I already signed the papers saying I would do so, even though I know I DID NOT take the money. The company also checked my financial history without my consent and failed to supply me with copies of the papers I signed and they also refused to show me the video tapes supposedly documenting the thefts. Is there any way I can dispute this even though I have signed the papers??? Any advice you can give me would be much appreciated. Thank you.
