Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Massachusetts

A persons rights when a 51a appeal hearing is requested

My question pertains to an individuals rights before, during, and after a Fair Hearing request has

been made for an alleged 51a. I would like to know

if this prohibits someone from obtaining employment by way of a "perpitrators listing" or

if the individual will be blackballed during the

process with a criminal record.?

Your request for a 51a hearing does not affect any of your other rights, such as a right to employment.

Call me if you have questions which my website does not already answer and

if don't already have a lawyer.
