If a special motion to dissolve a Lis Pendens is denied in Land Court, in Mass, can it be appealed? I am not clear on MGL 184-15

Short answer: Visit the Court clerk asap! Ask for forms, samples, rules. examples of a filed appeal. By law the court staff are prohibited from "practicing" law, but quite often they can be helpful in assisting you to DYI. Free advice may also be found at the county law library, on line, and at local bar associations.

At the clerk's office, you may ask to see actual filed appeals (it's public record) in order to get a feeling (along with your other research) on how to successfully do this. You can also buy a bit of legal time from your attorney. Good Luck!
