Violation of probation and sentencing
My fiancee and i jst had a baby 1
month ago...he is 19 i am 18...hes
on probation for 1 year...the
conditions for the probation are no
consumption of alcohol,restitution
payment,probation payment,needing
to attend anger management and
therapy,staying employed,having a
psych eval, and no contact with
victim...we are quite low on cash nd
hav not really been able to pay
restitution or probation fine...also his
therapist whom also conducts his
anger managment has not made her
monthly reports to his PO...he is in
court today about the violation...i
was wondering how long they could
put him away for...and if its
likely...FYI his PO is trying to
convince the judge to giv him 1 more
chance...please help me im so scared
for our family

What he could get depends on what kind of crime he was placed on probation for, his record, and the nature of the violations. Oh, and the mood of the judge. Does he have an attorney? He should.
