Recently a large sum of money turned up into my checking account that I didnt deposit. This is not the first time it has happened, but this is the largest amount. What should I do? Can I keep it?

I've handled this situation before, and there is a possibility that you can keep it provided you comply with the applicable Massachusetts General Laws on notice and filing, and wait the appropriate amount of time.

No. It isn't yours and once the funds are traced you will have to pay it back. Notify the bank.
