Legal Question in Banking Law in Massachusetts
I am on a joint bank account, with my daughter. The
moneys on the account belongs to her. I some type of trustee to
make deposits, make disbursements and be only the trustee on the account. I am afraid that if someone intents a legal action against me, they will garnish or frozen the account because my name are on it.
What document shall I present to the bank to proof that I am only the guardian or better administrator of the account?
Thank you.

Depends on the type of account. Wrongly configured is a recipe for problems.
