Legal Question in Banking Law in Massachusetts
I tried to get a online loan, but no money when into my account and now they are trying to sue me for money they said I took. Do you have any suggestions?

My suggestion is that you hire a lawyer to defend you. I can tell you generally that you have a valuable counterclaim against this company for their unfair and deceptive practices, assuming this wasn't simply a case of mistake on either part (e.g. it turns out later there's money in a different account). Feel free to email me [email protected] if you want to discuss this issue further.
