If somebody paid me with a check and she before it she already canceled her account. is this fraud?

Yes. It is a crime, sometimes known as "uttering." You may make out a criminal complaint, and may have a basis for a civil lawsuit in the amount of the check - and maybe more, depending on what the circumstances were
