Legal Question in Banking Law in Massachusetts
I have recently been contacted via email about recieving the funds for being the next of kin to someone, the funds equal up to over 14 million and i have recieved documents with my name in them for power of attorny and the change of beneficiary but i havent signed anything, how do i know if these documents are legal and binding? the bank wants me to pay and activation fee of $450 to activate the account
