I really need to file for bankruptcy. i am aware that i need a lawyer for this. Can you give me an idea how much that will cost?

No. Every client is different, and the cost for a bankruptcy case depends on many factors, such as how many creditors there are and whether there are any disputes with creditors, just as examples. There is no "one size fits all" in bankruptcy. See an attorney and go over all of your financial issues. Remember: you get what you pay for.
