Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Massachusetts
Bankrupsey
My Husband and I filed for Bankrupsey sometime between the fall of 2001 and 2003. We had a flood a few years ago and all my paperwork was ruined. Is there a way to find out when we filed? The attorney we used has past on.

Re: Bankrupsey
Yes, there are several ways to find out when you filed. You can go to the Bankruptcy Court in Boston and use the computer there to look for your case using your last name and social security number, or call the Bankruptcy Court Clerk's Office to get this information, or consult with a bankruptcy attorney in your area and the attorney would get this information for you. If you need further assistance, kindly contact my office.
