I have been awarded a judgement in Small claims Ct. The defendant is claiming that she will be filing for Bankruptcy. How can I find out if she has, and then be included on the list of creditors?

If the defendant files Bankruptcy AND lists you as a creditor you will receive a notice a.k.a. "341 Notice" from the Court shortly after the defendant files for Bankruptcy.
