I filed bankruptcy, chapter seven. Now my sons credit is affected, as i had cosigned a loan for him. Now he needs to purchase a car, and he cannot. What can we do?

THis may be a violation of the bankruptcy code because it sounds like it is an attempt to collect a debt that probably was discharged. Call me for an appointment to review your case. I handle this sort of case frequently.
