Bankruptcy Law: (small business....about 1 million a year in sales)
Background Info:
I have been living in Boston Ma for 3 years
Small business was located in Ohio.
Small Business closed Dec 21 2006. (Dec 21 2010 will be four years since I closed the business)
Filed personal bankruptcy in Boston, Ma in 2010
I have no income - (full-time student)
Question
If I still owe sales tax from my small business in Ohio, can the sales tax be discharged if i claim business bankruptcy in Boston, MA. (If yes, How?)

How will the Attorney Generals Office in Ohio clear/discharge the sales tax my record?

A sales tax is a trust fund tax. Trust fund taxes are not dischargeable.
