bankruptcy trouble
my spouse filed bankruptcy a year ago, there have been many problems with the plan concerning the lawyer. as a result it was dismissed. nnow my house is back in foreclosure. can I file in my name to save the situation with a better lawyer and start over?

Meet with another bankruptcy lawyer - but first get a copy of your file from the first lawyer. The more information the new lawyer has, the more informed the opinoin will be.
Generally speaking, I do not see why you couldn't file based on the facts as you present them. However, you should talk to counsel first.
