voluntarily dismissed Ch.13 case have to wait 180 days to file for 7. house is being foreclosed on. how long before previous judgements in Ch.13 come back after us?

You need to see a bankruptcy lawyer right away. There are too many questions that need to be asked before an answer to your question could be given. For example, why was the case "voluntarily dismissed"? What do you mean by "previous judgments"? If you are hoping to stop foreclosure, speak to a bankruptcy lawyer right away as there may be a way to stop it and get the case reopened.
